Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates based on our fulfilment partners and can vary during peak periods or public holidays.
Shipping cost: A flat local shipping rate applies at checkout. Orders over S$60 ship free.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact us and we'll chase it up.
